Managing communications is a fundamental focus for us.  We do not engage overseas call centres; all services, including technical support, is 100% Australian based.  Our rigorous support systems ensure that regular maintenance of the network is scheduled, network monitoring and alerts are in place, appropriate change control procedures are embedded, and the network meets compliance standards.

An NGV solution accommodates a wide range of site infrastructure support.    These can incorporate anything on the network that needs to be monitored or accessed.  Examples include:

  • Internet access including compliance with metadata reporting and ACMA, and includes blocking of client nominated sites
  • Backhaul support including usage, uptime, blocked categories and fault reports
  • Administration telephone requirements
  • Site Wi-Fi network access including allowances of nominated Gb as per client requests
  • Keyless entry to rooms or common rooms
  • Monitoring of in room cleaning progress
  • Remote (CCTV) monitoring
  • MATV maintenance
  • Real time tracking and location of people and devices
